These beautiful children look like they have just been lounging around all day getting pretty. Nothing could be further from the truth. Miss K had rehearsal because she is in a production of Annie. Her big brother W had a playoff football game. To be a kid again! Thanks guys for being such great subjects with such a busy day! You are champs!
The Houston Sessions: So Handsome and Her Freckles! {NY Family Photography}
Again, four years makes a huge difference, especially in this age group. N and M have such a great relationship. You can tell that N adores her older brother and that M feels exactly the same. So sweet...
The Houston Sessions: What a difference 4 Years Makes! {NY Family Photographer}
I would have recognized these lovely/handsome creatures because you can't forget those amazing blue eyes... but they were no longer "little" kids and this time I got to meet there beautiful big sister. We met at the georgeous Royal Oaks Country Club at the end of the day. Such a beautiful place. It was so nice to see this sweet family again. I know the girls had a great time and I think even P didn't mind the experience too much! I will have your gallery up soon! Until then,enjoy a sneak peek...
The Houston Sessions: A's Extended Family {NY Family Photographer}
Miss A is a very lucky girl. She has wonderful parents and a circle of good friends that are more like family. I am happy to include myself among these lucky people. Her mom grew up next door to my cousin and they are still like sisters and best friends today. That is how I came to photograph A for the first time when she was about 18 months old. Since then, we meet every year in Louisiana or Texas for our session and mutual love fest. This year it was time for Texas and a chance to meet some of her other extended family who I have been hearing about (and I must say I was a little jealous of) for years. We had a wonderful afternoon in the beautiful Hermann Park. Since I stayed at A's house, there were other opportunities to get a few images, like her amazing talents on the soccer field! What an amazing, sweet girl! I miss you Little Bean!
The Houston Sessions: Bam Bam and Holly {NY Dog Photographer}
Bam Bam and Holly are best friends, just like their humans. Holly may be the smaller of the the pair, but don't let that fool you. Bam Bam is a gentle giant and Holly is a little fire plug and full of vim and vinegar! They will play tug of war forever! They sound so vicious while this play is going on but no one gets hurt except the poor pull toys. I am sure these need to be replaced on a regular basis!
Bam Bam is such a beautiful Rottie! I love his long hair and deep brown coloring and the way he leans into you so you will pet him. I fell in love.
More on Miss Holly later. She was my roommate for my time in Houston. Again, I fell in love.
Individual Identical Twins {Long Island Family Photographer}
Every year I am amazed at how much "my" kids grow. This year when I saw the B twins walking off the ferry from CT, I was shocked. My little girls are now beautiful young women. They have certainly grown from the cute little toddlers I met 12 years ago!
We had a lovely visit and our annual dinner at the wonderful Fifth Season restaurant after our session and before mom and the girls hopped back onto the ferry to head home. Such a lovely day!
